GENERAL HUNTING INFORMATION for ZIMBABWE
|
CITIES DOCUMENTATION:
Hunter should be in possession of relevant CITIES permits ensured by their country of final destination before the trophies are exported from Zimbabwe. This permit should cover all trophies collected by the hunter on Safari. Four Star Adventures, its Outfitters and Professional Hunters cannot be responsible for obtaining the relevant CITIES and other import permits for the hunter's final destination. Your local taxidermist, wildlife department, environmental agency or agricultural agency will be able to advise you on you destination's particular CITIES and importation regulations. CITIES tags are required for Elephant and Crocodile and cost approximately $100.00 US per animal exported. Leopard hunting also requires a CITIES permit. Some Cat Safaris are on a 2 x 2 basis, which are split in 2 camps, enabling clients equal opportunity.
