| Mountain Goat hunts are 7 day hunts in November when the Goats have 6 - 8 inch hair and are in the Rut, or mating season. This puts them at low elevations where they are accessible to everyone who would like to hunt them. There is virtually no climbing involved. You will see many Goats each day. We have had several disabled, elder, and female hunters, along with everyone else, who all enjoyed this hunt taking trophy Goats. Size average is nine inches, with Goats going 8½ to 10 inches. The country we hunt in is just an experience in its self to see and be in. Spectacular Glaciers calving into the ocean, with various sea life floating around on the glacial ice, along with all the many Goats in the area. The Long Hair, the accessibility of the Goats, and the first class accommodations on our 60' Yacht, make this truly North America's finest Mountain Goat hunt. Unavailable anywhere else, everyone can come and enjoy this unique hunt. The Long Hair is what truly makes the trophy in a Mountain Goat. We take a very limited number of hunters each year, this keeps our success high and guarantees our future success on trophy animals. NOTE: Alaska State Law requires all non-residents to purchase a hunting license, plus tags for each animal hunted. Be advised: Once tags and licenses are purchased, there are NO REFUNDS. Prices are subject to change and we ask that you contact For all hunts plan to arrive the day before your hunt begins, and depart the day after it ends. You will fly to Sitka for all Bear and Deer hunts and to Juneau for the Hunting Southeast Alaska.Goat hunts, via Alaska Airlines, from Seattle or Anchorage. We suggest you do not buy restricted tickets as you may have to change dates due to bad weather, or you may decide to stay a while in your arrival or departure towns. These towns can accommodate your travel and lodging needs. A float plane ride to and /or from our 60' yacht may be required on any or all hunts at an additional per person fee. Other adventures in Southeast Alaska.We also have SUMMER PHOTOGRAPHIC, SIGHTSEEING & KYAKING CHARTERS available in June & July. We will customize the length of your trip to fit your needs.
