Clients are advised that they are not covered by any insurance and must therefore obtain their own Travel, medical evacuation, equipment, etc. insurance. |

LIABILITY
Even though every possible care is taken to safeguard our clients and their property, we cannot accept any responsibility for any accidents, injury, illness or losses contracted or arising from any safari outfitted by us. Clients will be required to sign a standard release form before departure on safari. No responsibility can be taken for any arbitrary changes the country's governments many impose on licenses, quota, areas, fees, duties or taxes. We reserve the right to alter, cancel, or withdraw any safari or part of it; to refuse to accept or retain as a member of any safari or part of it, any person at any time to pass on to safari clients any expenditure occasioned by delays of events or occurrences beyond our control. In case of appreciable variation in costs the right is reserved to make adjustments to rates. |

DEPOSITS / BOOKINGS
A percentage of the safari cost (Daily Rates) is required to make the reservation, once this payment is made you are automatically bound into agreement with FOUR STAR ADVENTURES and our Outfitter. All payments must be made in US Dollars. The payment of the deposit in full or in part constitutes consent to all conditions and information and assumes that all terms are understood. Depending on the Outfitter, the balance of the Daily Rate may be payable on the commencement of the safari. Only travelers checks or cash will be accepted for any balance remaining after deposit. Before the commencement of the safari, clients are required to complete and sign a safari contract and a general information sheet. Your Outfitter may require all clients and observers to read and sign an indemnity form before the commencement of the safari. CANCELLATIONS
If written notice of a cancellation is receive within 100 days of commencement of your safari the full deposit will be refunded ONLY if we are able to contract another safari to replace your booking. If written notice is received less than 30 days prior to your commencement date the full safari price is forfeited. |

FORCE MAJEURE
FOUR STAR ADVENTURES and our Outfitter shall not be liable, if for circumstance beyond reasonable control, shall not be able to perform as agreed.
In case of "Force Majeure" we will notify you immediately of the nature and implications. In such case it will be at our discretion to reimburse any payment or deposit.
However, we only undertake to reimburse all amounts received less all reasonable costs incurred as a direct consequence of the "Force Majeure".
"Force Majeure" means any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ourselves (including, but without limitation, acts of God, war & unrest, government intervention, weather conditions, fire, diseases, etc.
