Minimum/Maximum 6 Hunters - $350.00US/day/hunter (total for an 8 Day Hunt = $2,800.00US/person).
Excluding 14% V.A.T.
Additional Observers - $150.00US/day/person + V.A.T

PRICES INCLUDE

• The full time service of Professional Hunters and complete African staff, including beaters, dog handles and camp staff.

• Full accommodations and camp equipment, including linen, towel, etc.

• Full catering including fresh fruit and vegetables and alcoholic beverages (in moderation).  Special tastes will be catered for if enough advanced notification is given.

• All ground transport during the safari.

• Cost of hunting trophies.

• All birds shot on safari.

• Preservation and handling of trophies in the field.

• Hunting permits in relevant Provinces.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE

• Tobacco.

• Gratuities to Professional Hunters and staff.

• Charter or other flights to and from hunting areas.

• Hotel accommodations before and/or after the contracted safari period.

• Shotgun rentals - $35.00US/day/shotgun.  Ammunition - $15.00US/box (please arrange in advance).

• Packing, dipping and forwarding of trophies from the field to the port of exit.

• 14% V.A.T.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

• A percent of the total Daily Rates is required as a deposit to confirm bookings.

• No refund of deposit can be made if a client cancels safari within 90 days of contracted starting date, unless the safari can be rebooked.  In all other instances the deposit will be refunded less 10% administration fees.  All charges are subject to change

• The balance must be made in cash or travelers checks or by certified bank draft.  Personal checks will not be accepted without prior arrangements.
