SEASONS:
TROPHY BEAR:
Spring Season - April 27th to June 20th
Fall Season - August 31st to October 3rd

Due to our late spring break, the prime spring hunt would be May 25th to June 15th. Success Rate: 90-100% during good weather.

RATES:

7 DAY PACKAGE:
$2,000.00 (US Funds) + 3½% GST
Includes: Meals, lodging, one guide for up to three hunters, skinning and packaging for hide for taxidermy, Rifle and bow.


WILDERNESS CABIN HUNT:
$2,200.00 (US Funds) + 3½% GST
Includes: Meals, lodging, one guide for three hunters, skinning and packaging of hide for taxidermy. Rifle and bow.

Remote cabin was completed in 1990 and is located beside a lake with excellent spring and fall fishing. Boat and motor supplied at no cost. It is 30 miles from the nearest road with beautiful scenery and two sets of falls for prime walleye and pike fishing. Good baiting is sure to attract Manitoba Timber Wolf hunts.trophy animals with the vast wilderness, and a guarantee that you will be the only hunter in the area. All hunting is done from tree stand with most being large permanent stands with lots of room for a perfect shot, and is great for video cameras.

TIMBER WOLF: Hunters who possess any current big game license may hunt and kill one timber wolf in season, subject to the following conditions:Non-residents may hunt wolves only during the bear, deer or moose season and only if they have an unused tag (bear, deer or moose) for the species they are hunting.
TROPHY FEE - $300.00 (Cdn) for a wolf kill on a Bear Licensed Hun


Things to Bring
* Duct Tape
* Blaze orange cap & vest (soft material)
(fall season only)
* Knee-high rubber boots & rain gear (a must)
* Head net & leather gloves
* Warm clothing suitable for 32ºF (soft material)
* 2 boxes of ammunition
* Camera & plenty of film
* Bear repellant if available
* Flash light
* Knife

Transportation

All local transportation is supplied.  Canadian North Airlines and Calm Air International Limited have daily flights arriving in Thompson fro Winnipeg, Manitoba.  As a result, your evening hunt can be done the day you arrive in Thompson.  However, we suggest you plan to arrive on a Sunday night and start hunting on Monday for the full 6 or 12 days.  There are flights departing Thompson every Sunday evening and every morning to Winnipeg, Manitoba.
