HUNTING AREAS

NOTE: Both the Djangara and Bohou hunting areas can be hunted during a Safari, with about 8 hours drive from one camp to the other.

DJANGARA

This one million acre concession adjoins the Presidential Park in the South and borders on the famous Aouk River in the North. The hunting area in Djangara is mainly woodland savannah with an elevation of between 500 - 600 ft. The Djangara hunting area is well developed with bush tracks, giving access to the best hunting areas by vehicle.

BOHOU

This hunting area in Bohou is approximately 200,000 ha in extent, lies about 280 km south of Djangara, and is easily accessible by road from Djangara. Bohou consists of Woodland savannah and rain forest and the hunting camp is well shaded by huge forest trees.
