The moment you step off the plane in Nunavut, you are struck by the stark beauty of the Arctic and realize that this is indeed a special place.  If arriving in Cambridge Bay, just before landing you will fly over a portion of the "Northwest Passage".  Your are now 300 miles north of the Arctic Circle and approximately 400 miles north of the tree line.  The sun never sets in this area of the arctic from May 25th to July 27th.  A quick tour of Cambridge Bay provides an insight into the life style of the modern Inuit.  Outside their homes animal hides and Arctic Char hang to dry in the sun.  While flying over the uninhabited barren grounds you notice thousands of crystal clear unpolluted lakes and rivers, a sight that continues to amaze even our seasoned "regular guests".  Where else in the world is nature so wild and untouched?  It's the land of the midnight sun and you're about to begin your Arctic adventure.

GRIZZLY BEAR

The Barren Ground Grizzly population on the vast tundra of Nunavut continues to grow and to expand it's range enabling us to offer this unique opportunity to select few hunters.  We have hunted grizzlies here for several years with excellent success.  Our spring hunts have been 100% successful!

MUSK OX

The Perry River area has become famous for producing trophy bulls, many of which score over 120 Boone and Crocket points.  This includes several animals that are contenders for the new world record.  The animals at McNaughton River are part of this Perry River population, but they have been virtually untouched by trophy hunters.

POLAR BEAR

This hunt could be considered "the toughest hunt left in North America" and likely in the world.  Mentally, physically and environmentally you will be challenged to your limits.  10-14 days living on the "Top of the World" with nothing between you and the elements but what you're wearing.
