Bringing Hunting Rifles into China Before traveling to China with rifles and ammunition, you need a copy of the rifle permit, which is issued by the Ministry of Public Security of China. Our Outfitter in China will apply for the rifle permit for you in Beijing as soon as they receive the necessary information. Below is a list of the information needed:

>>Application Form for Hunters & Non-hunters. >>Passport Photo Page Copy. >>One of any of the following papers are needed for hunters: >> Gun license issued by local police, or >> A membership in an international hunting organization, or >>Non-criminal record issued by local police. FOUR STAR ADVENTURES will assist you in this process and help with questions you may have regarding visas. Make sure the information you provide is accurate. If it is found incorrect at Customs, confiscation of the rifle or a fine will apply.
